A very special crewelwork chair seat upholstery with solidly worked ground. The floral design is completely work on a linen ground, then solid color background stitched to surround it. Finally, details are rendered with outline and french knots. The result is thick and sturdy, not to mention, gorgeous.

This is a particularly nice custom cushion -- very plump, indigo dyed throughout and ready to add comfort to any un-upholstered chair.
